AI interviews, 1:1 →
Twenty to a hundred-plus in-depth interviews in hours, in many languages, moderated by AI and watched by your team.
Concept testing
Test product concepts, features and packaging with the people who would buy them. Interviews explain the why, surveys size the demand.
A concept test should tell you what to build next, not just which option scored higher.
Concept testing with real target buyers: product concept testing and idea validation in AI interviews that ask for reactions and probe the reasons, plus a concept test survey when you need the numbers.
What you learn
Which concept people want, and how strongly, in their own words.
Whether they got it. The misreadings you would never guess.
What would stop them, from price to trust to switching cost.
Which segments light up, and which shrug.
Example study
“Which of three meal-kit concepts should we launch first?”
Concept B won on appeal but lost on price believability.38% top choice; “too cheap to be fresh” came up 11 times
Concept A was misread as a diet product.Corrected by one headline change
Families preferred C by a wide margin.Segment worth its own launch

Methods
Twenty to a hundred-plus in-depth interviews in hours, in many languages, moderated by AI and watched by your team.
Some behaviour cannot be recalled in an interview. We record real moments with consent: shopping, cooking, a support call, a first run of your app.
For hard questions, several specialists work the case together. You get the verdict, the reasoning and where they disagreed.
Focus groups when people should react to each other, and multi-language surveys when you need the numbers behind the story.

Showing a product idea, feature, design or package to your target audience before you build or launch it, to learn whether it appeals, to whom, and why.
Participants see your concepts (images, video, prototypes or copy) in an AI interview that asks for first reactions, understanding, appeal and doubts, then probes the reasons. A survey can then measure preference across a larger sample.
Several. Show each person one concept (monadic) or let them compare several (sequential). The discussion guide is built for either design.
For the why, 20 to 40 interviews per audience usually show the pattern. For how many, add a survey sized to the decision.
