Usability testing
Watch them use it.
Ask them why.
Moderated usability tests without the scheduling. Screen, voice and behaviour, with an AI moderator asking why at every stumble.
Analytics show where people drop off. Usability testing shows why.
Usability testing run by an AI moderator: AI usability testing on live products and prototype testing on designs, with think-aloud, screen recording and follow-up questions. UX testing and user testing at the scale of a survey, with the depth of a moderated session.
What you get
Every stumble,
explained.
Task success and time
Who completed each task, how long it took and where they gave up.
Hesitation on the timeline
Pauses and back-tracks marked next to what they said.
The why
The moderator asks what they expected at each stumble, so you get a cause, not a guess.
Issues ranked
Severity and frequency across participants, with the clip for each.
Segments compared
New vs returning users, markets, devices, side by side.
Prototype to production
Test Figma links, staging builds and live products the same way.
Real-time observer
Watch it live.
Steer it as it runs.
- Sit in on many sessions at once, with your whole team
- Live transcript, translated as people speak
- Flag a moment and it is clipped for the report
- Send the AI moderator a new topic mid-session; participants never see the backroom
Example study
What a study looks like.
“Can new users finish setup without help?”
- Who
- 24 people new to the product, desktop and mobile
- Tasks
- Create a workspace, invite a teammate, connect one integration
- Method
- AI-moderated think-aloud with screen share
- Timing
- Same day
What came back
Only 9 of 24 connected an integration. The grid of logos caused decision paralysis
Invite by link was invisible on mobile.0 of 12 found it without a hint
Workspace naming confused people who had been invited. They thought they were creating a new company
Illustrative example based on typical studies.

About usability testing.
What is AI usability testing?
Moderated usability testing where an AI moderator gives participants tasks on your website, app or prototype, watches their screen, and asks them to think aloud and explain what they expected.
Moderated or unmoderated?
Both benefits at once: sessions run unattended and in parallel like unmoderated tests, but the AI asks follow-up questions like a moderator, so you learn why people got stuck.
What can I test?
Live websites and apps, staging builds, clickable prototypes and design files shared by link.
What comes out of a usability test?
Task success and time, where people hesitated or went wrong, their explanation in their own words, and highlight clips of each issue, ranked by severity and frequency.
How many participants do I need?
Five to eight per segment find most issues in one flow. Run 30 or more when you need to compare segments or measure success rates.
Can I watch the sessions?
Yes, live or later. See live observation.
